Create Shortcuts for Fax Numbers
You can store ten Shortcuts to fax numbers and access them using the Shortcut button.
- Press
(Fax). - Hold down the Shortcut button and press one number on the dial pad. This number is now the one-digit Shortcut code for the fax number you want to save.
If a fax number is not already stored under this one-digit code, the LCD displays [Register Now?].

The Internet Fax (I-Fax) and its settings are available to store.
(On certain models, you must download Internet Fax to use the Internet Fax feature and the Scan to Email server feature.)
- Enter the telephone or fax number (up to 20 digits), and then press OK.
- Do one of the following:
Enter the name using the dial pad (up to 16 characters), and then press OK.
To store the number without a name, press OK.
