Attach the scanned data to E-mail

The Graphic (E-mail) button lets you scan a document to your default E-mail application, so you can send the scanned job as an attachment.

Select the Scan tab.

Click Graphic (E-mail). The Scan Settings dialog box appears.

You can configure the scan settings in this dialog box.

Click Scan. Your default E-mail application will open and the image will be attached to a new E-mail.
Note Note
The E-mail feature does not support Webmail services.
