There are four scan options: Save, Open with an Application, Send E-mail and OCR.

Save the scanned image
The
(
Save) button lets you scan an image to a folder on your hard disk in one of the file types shown in the file attachment list.
| 1 | Configure the settings in the PC Scan setting area. |
| 2 | Click  ( Scan). |
| 3 | Confirm and edit (if necessary) the scanned image in the image viewer. |
| 4 | Click ( Save). |
| 5 | The Save dialog box will appear. Select your Destination Folder and other settings. Click OK. |
| 6 | The image will be saved in your chosen folder. |
