The machine will not turn on.

The machine was plugged in within 60 seconds after pulling out the plug.

Remove the power cord from the power socket and wait 60 seconds. Plug the power cord back in to turn the scanner on.

Cannot start Remote Setup.

•	The machine is turned off.
•	The machine is not connected to your computer.
•	The machine is in Auto PowerDown mode.
•	An error is occurring.
•	The machine is scanning.

•	Turn on the machine and then try again.
•	Connect the machine to your computer and then try again.
•	Press any key or open the Top Cover, and then try again.
•	Clear all errors and then try again.
•	Wait until scanning has finished and try again.
