The machine is sensing an operational issue.
The embroidery machine is not working properly.
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem.
Situation

- The bobbin case is misaligned.

Step 1: Remove the thread on the upper side of the material, then take out the needle.

Step 2: Remove the thread on the underside of the material, and clear threads from the bobbin case.

Step 3: Check the bobbin case for scratches or marks.
