Artspira Import External Files Error Codes

If an error code appears when importing external files, please refer to the codes, causes, and solutions on this page.

Error Code

Message:
File size may be too large. A file larger than 10MB cannot be imported. (E11001)
Cause:
The imported file is too large.
Solution:
Reduce the file size, and then try again. File size cannot exceed 10MB.

Message:
This file cannot be imported. (E21041-1)
Cause:
This file is incompatible and cannot be imported.
Solution:
[Multi-position Hoop], [Jumbo Frame] and [Custom Size] patterns will not work for this project. Please choose a different file.

Message:
This file cannot be imported. (E21041-2)
Cause:
This file is incompatible and cannot be imported.
Solution:
A [Cut Work] pattern file will not work for this project. Please choose a different file.

Message:
This file cannot be imported. (E21041-4)
Cause:
This file is incompatible and cannot be imported.
Solution:
This embroidery pattern file cannot be read. Please choose a different file.

Message:
This file cannot be imported. (E11002)
Cause:
This file is incompatible and cannot be imported.
Solution:
This cut pattern file cannot be read. Please choose a different file.

Message:
This file cannot be imported. (E11005)
Cause:
This file is incompatible and cannot be imported.
Solution:
This cut pattern file cannot be read. Please choose a different file.

Message:
This file cannot be imported. (E11006)
Cause:
This file is incompatible and cannot be imported.
Solution:
When importing SVG files, only vector data can be read. Embedded images, non-outlined text data, and attributes and styles including line widths, gradients, and transparency effects cannot be read. Please choose a different file.

Message:
This file cannot be imported. (E11101)
Cause:
This file is incompatible and cannot be imported.
Solution:
A [Rolled Material] cut pattern file will not work for this project. Please choose a different file.

Message:
This file cannot be imported. (E11102)
Cause:
This file is incompatible and cannot be imported.
Solution:
A [Rhinestone] cut pattern file will not work for this project. Please choose a different file.

Message:
This file cannot be imported. (E11103)
Cause:
This file is incompatible and cannot be imported.
Solution:
A [Piercing] cut pattern file will not work for this project. Please choose a different file.

Message:
Some objects in the file could not be imported.(N11001)
Cause:
Some objects in this file are incompatible. Incompatible items are removed from the pattern, so this file is incomplete and cannot be used.
Solution:
When importing SVG files, only vector data can be read. Embedded images, non-outlined text data, and attributes and styles including line widths, gradients, and transparency effects cannot be read. Please choose a different file.

Message:
The imported SVG was resized automatically to fit within the red dashed line on the art board. (N11002)
Cause:
The imported file is larger than your mat size.
Solution:
Press [OK] to reduce the pattern to fit the size of your mat and import it to Artspira [My Creations].
