What is Artist Content?

Artist Content include drawings, designs, and images created by Brother-approved artists. Brother Artists are also active in the Gallery. You can check out each artist's Gallery and get ideas for your own work.

Artist Content varies in price and each file is sold individually.

Artist Content includes cutting, embroidery and printing data.

Artist Content is available only in certain countries/regions.

Notes

Please be aware of the following:

  • Artist Content cannot be used for commercial purposes.
  • Once you delete your Artspira account, you can no longer use any Artist Content you may have purchased.
  • Artist Content cannot be used in any app besides Artspira. These files cannot be downloaded or saved to a computer.
  • Artist Content from other sites or services cannot be used with Artspira.
  • Artist Content can be transferred to the Brother product you connect to Artspira, but cannot be saved to the product's internal memory or to an external device.

  • Please note the following regarding Artist Content:
    • Artist Content files work with specified Brother machines. Files are not compatible with the Brother PR Series.
    • Artist Content embroidery files can be scaled and flipped horizontally. After transferring the data to a Brother embroidery machine, adjust it using the machine's LCD panel.
      However, embroidery quality may deteriorate when the design size is overly enlarged - resulting in coarser stitching - or overly reduced - resulting in denser stitching.
      When you scale images up or down, Brother recommends using sizes between 90% and 110%.
    • Artist Content cutting files can be scaled and flipped horizontally. After transferring the data to a Brother embroidery machine, adjust it using the machine's LCD panel.
    • Artist Content printing files can be scaled and flipped horizontally.

  • Artspira+ subscription plan members receive an added discount on Artist Content and can still use purchased Artist Content even if they cancel their plan membership.

[1] Can I use the Artist Content I purchased in the past with any new Brother machines I add to my collection, and transfer purchased Artist Content to multiple machines?

Of course! You can transfer purchased Artist Content to other compatible Brother machines after you have connected them in the Artspira app. Artist Content must be transferred to each machine individually.


[2] I moved to another country or region and changed my location in the app. Now I can't see the Artist Content I purchased before I moved. What should I do?

Some functions and data may be hidden or unavailable if regional settings are changed. To use purchased content, change your location setting to the country/region where you purchased the Artist Content to view them again.


[3] I moved to another country or region and can no longer purchase Artist Content. What should I do?

Artist Content is available only in certain countries/regions.

[4] Artist Content is not available in my country or region. What should I do?

[5] I accidentally purchased embroidery data instead of cutting data and printing data. Similarly, I purchased a different type of data than I expected. Will I receive a refund?

We're very sorry, but we cannot issue refunds.


[6] When I try to make a purchase, the message "M3331### Code" appears. What happened and what should I do?

[7] When I try to make a purchase, the message "Payment cannot be made from this device because the selected design is being paid from another device." appears. What happened and what should I do?

You may be trying to make a purchase from another device using the same Artspira ID. In this case, please complete or cancel the purchase on the other device. If you cancel, there will be a short delay before you can make the purchase again on a different device.
