If a communication error occurs

If a communication error between your mobile device and the machine occurs, confirm the following conditions to solve the problem:

If the error between the mobile device and the machine that is being paired with the app persists, unpair it and try pairing again.

  1. In the home screen, tap .

  2. Tap the machine being paired to open the machine's settings.

  3. Tap [Delete].

  4. Open the mobile device's Bluetooth setting.

  5. Delete the connection information of the machine to unpair with the machine.

  6. Pair with the machine again. (Pairing the machine and app)
