Adjusting the Embroidering Position ([Camera Scan] Function)

For easier adjustment of the embroidering position, use this function to import into the app an image of the fabric to be embroidered.

1. Tap [Layout] after selecting a pattern.

   If no machine is selected on the app, [Layout] will not be displayed. Make sure your machine is selected on the app's screen.

2. Tap the camera icon in the upper-left corner of the screen.

   • The [Camera scan] function opens the camera function on your mobile device.
     

3. Place the embroidery frame (with the fabric hooped) on a flat surface, and then set the entire embroidery frame in the screen.

   
   IMPORTANT

   Do not remove or damage the marks for the [Camera scan] function. Otherwise, the function will become unusable.

   When using the [Camera scan] function, make sure that the marks are visible in the screen and are not covered with fabric, etc.

4. When the embroidery frame outline appears on the screen, align that outline with the embroidery frame.

   Hold your mobile device parallel to the embroidery frame.

   

5. After an image is imported, tap [OK].

   • The selected pattern appears on the image of the fabric.

6. Drag the pattern to the desired position.

   

   The pattern can also be rotated.

   Tap at the bottom of the screen to make fine adjustments.

7. Tap [Done].
