Preview Labels

You can preview labels before printing to make sure they are correct.

PT-N10

  • Press image.
    The LCD displays all text and the label length (inch/mm), then returns to the original text.

    Only text can be previewed. Font style, size, underline, frames, and other features cannot be previewed.

PT-N20/PT-N25BT

  • Press image.
    The LCD displays an image of the label and the label length (inch/mm).

    • Press image or image to scroll left or right in the preview image.
    • The printed label may differ from the preview image due to the LCD resolution.
