Reset the Printer

Reset the internal memory of your printer to clear all the saved label files, or if the printer is not operating correctly.

You can reset settings on the printer.

  1. Press the image (Power) button to turn off the printer.
  2. Press and hold the image (Power) button and the image (Feed) / OK button for about five seconds.
  3. While holding the image (Power) button, press the image (Feed) / OK button as follows:
    • Two times: Reset the network settings
    • Four times: Reset the printer and user settings
    • Six times: Reset all settings to their factory settings
  4. Release the image (Power) button.
