Printing with Print Service (Mopria™, Print Service Plug-in)
Overview
Android™ tablets (smartphones) do not have the printer driver system that Windows has. There are print applications available from Brother.
"Print Service Plug-in" allows printing from Android™ without any additional application installed.
Printing with Mopria™
Mopria™ print service, developed by Mopria Alliance, provides a print function for Android™ phones and tablets (for Android™ version 4.4 and later). This service can connect the devices to the same network as the printer without any additional setup, allowing them to print. Many native Android™ apps, including Google Chrome™, Gmail™, and Gallery, support the print service.

Printing with Brother Print Service Plug-in
Installing Brother Print Service Plug-in allows you to print data with a mobile printer connected through wireless LAN or Bluetooth®. The application installed in your Android™ device has the print button in the menu that enables printing the data.
