The threading on the machine is improper.
Make sure that the threads are passed into the machine properly. Rethread the threads to the machine in an appropriate procedure.

Thread tensions are not adjusted properly.
Adjust the thread tension.

The needle is bent, or the tip of needle is blunt or broken.
Check all needles, and then replace the needle if it damaged.

Needle is installed incorrectly.
Reinstall needles correctly.

Wrong needle is used.
Use correct needle. The recommended needle is Schmetz 130/705H (90 / #14).

Presser foot pressure is too loose.
Turn the pressure adjustment screw clockwise to increase the presser foot pressure.
