When you print a fax from Fax Storage memory, it is automatically erased from memory. You can also delete your stored faxes by following these steps:

1. Press the MENU key.
   
   
2. Press the UP OR DOWN ARROW key to choose Fax.
   
   
3. Press the OK key.
   
   
4. Press the UP OR DOWN ARROW key to choose Advanced Fax Operation.
   
   
5. Press the OK key.
   
   
6. Press the UP OR DOWN ARROW key to choose Fwd/Page/Store or Forward/Store.
   
   
7. Press the OK key.
   
   
8. Press the UP OR DOWN ARROW key to choose Off.
   
   
9. Press the OK key.
   
   Your Brother machine's LCD will ask you the following question:
   
   Erase All Fax (Doc) ? Yes -> Press 1 No -> Press 2
   
   
   If no faxes are stored in memory, the above question will not appear. Instead, the LCD will read Accepted.
10. Press 1.
    
    
11. Press the STOP/EXIT key.
