The printer does not print.

The error could be caused by any of the following:
 

  • The USB cable is loose.
    Check that it is correctly connected
     
  • The DK Roll is not installed correctly.
    Remove and reinstall it.
     
  • There is not enough label left.
    Install a new label roll.
     
  • The DK Roll compartment cover is open.
    Close it correctly.
     
  • A print error or transmission error occurs.
    Turn off the printer and turn it on again. If the problem persists, your printer may require service. Please click "Contact Us" in the top right corner of this page to contact Brother Customer Service.
