You can use your Brother machine's Fax Forwarding feature to forward the faxes you receive to another location. When Fax Forwarding is on, your Brother machine will receive a fax into its memory, dial the fax number you programmed, and forward the fax to that number.

To turn Fax Forwarding on, follow these steps:

1. Press MENU/SET, 8 (Remote Fax Opt), 1 (Fwd/Page/Store).
   
   
2. Press the UP OR DOWN ARROW key to select Fax Forwad.
   
   
3. Press the MENU/SET key.
   
   
4. Enter the number to which you want faxes forwarded.
   
   
5. Press the MENU/SET key.
   
   
6. Press the UP OR DOWN ARROW key to select Backup Print: On or Backup Print: Off
   
   

   • If you select Backup Print: On, your Brother machine will automatically print each received fax so that you'll have a copy if there is a power failure before the fax is forwarded or there is a problem with the receiving machine.
     
     
   • If you select Backup Print: Off your Brother machine will NOT automatically print each reveived fax.
7. Press the MENU/SET key
   
   
8. Press the STOP/EXIT key.
