Reset the network settings to the factory default

Follow the steps below to reset the network settings back to its default factory settings (resetting all information such as the password and IP address information).

Unplug the interface cable before you perform a Network reset.

NOTE: Illustrations shown below are from a representative product and may differ from your Brother machine.

 

  1. Open the Top Cover (1) and the Front Cover (2).
    Open the Top Cover and the Front Cover
  2. Press and hold Scan to USB(Scan to USB) and Scan to PC(Scan to PC) for five seconds.
