The tape does not feed properly or the tape gets stuck inside the machine.
Please check that the end of the tape (1) feeds under the tape guide (2).
If the tape is out of the guide, it will feed out in the wrong direction. You can reinsert the tape under the tape guide as follows:
1. End of Tape
2. Tape Guide
3. Toothed Wheel
