The paper is misfeeding or multiple pages are going through.
- Please change the paper thickness switches at the bottom of the paper tray as follows.
- Also, please make sure that you are using the proper paper types. To see what kind of paper you can use, click here.

The pickup roller or separation pad may need to be replaced. Please consult your dealer for a replacement.
