Press or to display the [General Setup] option, and then press OK.
Press or to display the [Volume] option, and then press OK.
Press or to select one of the following options:

Ring

Adjust the ring volume.

Beep

Adjust the volume when you press a button, make a mistake, or after you send or receive a fax.

Speaker

Adjust the speaker volume.
Press OK.
Press or to display the [High], [Med], [Low], or [Off] option, and then press OK.
Press Stop/Exit.

Option	Description
Ring	Adjust the ring volume.

Speaker	Adjust the speaker volume.
