Check the firmware version.
Follow the steps below to check the firmware version.
- Press Menu.
- Press the Down arrow key to choose Printer. Press OK.
- Press the Down arrow key to choose Print Options. Press OK.
- Press the Down arrow key to choose Configuration. Press OK.

Press Start.
The firmware version is written at the bottom of the printed page.
