When my label prints, the characters are horizontally compressed and not shaped correctly, why?
The batteries in the machine are probably weak and require replacement. When the batteries are weak the tape feed motor cannot feed the tape properly resulting in the compressed or misshapen characters. We would recommend replacing all the batteries with new ones.
