Connect a Brother machine to a wireless (Wi-Fi) network using the Brother Mobile Connect app

Follow these steps to connect a Brother machine to a wireless (Wi-Fi) network using the Brother Mobile Connect app.

 

1. Install the Brother Mobile Connect app

Make sure you download and install the Brother Mobile Connect app on your mobile device in order to print or scan with your Brother machine.

 

Get the latest version of this free app by clicking on the correct link for your mobile device:

 

Android™ devices
> Click here to go to Google Play™ Store.

 

iOS devices (iPhone, iPad)
> Click here to go to Apple App Store.

 

 

2. Connect your Brother machine to a wireless (Wi-Fi) network

When you have finished installing the Brother Mobile Connect app, follow the instructions below:
> Android™

> iOS devices (iPhone, iPad)

 

Android™

The machine is connected to the wireless network.

If you cannot connect your machine to the wireless network, use WPS to connect.
After connecting, go back to Mobile Connect App and tap [Add machine] - [Connected] to add your Brother machine.
> Click here to connect using WPS.
