"Offline" appears on the Status Monitor.
If the illustration above, follow the steps below:
- Disconnect the USB cable and re-connect it.
- Turn off the Brother machine and turn on it again.
- Restart your PC.
If the issue continues, contact Brother Customer Service from the "Contact Us" section.
