I'm using Mac OS® X 10.4. When I print a document from my computer the Brother machine does not print the number of copies I have selected. What can I do?

This issue can be resolved by updating the printer driver. To download and install the update follow the steps listed below:

Click here to download the update driver on your HDD. Double click on the downloaded file. The Installer Disk Image will be mounted on your Desktop. You will find the icon "BrotherXXXX.pkg" on the desktop.

If you don't find the icon, please extract the downloaded file manualy with "Disk Utility". The "Disk Utility" can be found in /Applications/Utilities.

Choose the "dmg" file and click the Open icon. The Disk Image will be mounted on your Desktop.
