I'm using a SONY VAIO Windows XP PC (with camera) with my Brother machine on a LAN network connection. When I try to install the Brother software and drivers my PC reboots halfway through the installation. What can I do?

This issue is caused by a conflict with Brother scanner driver and the VAIO driver.
To resolve this issue, please download and install the latest Full Driver & Software Package. Click on the "Downloads" tab located at the top of this page.
