When I turn on the P-touch, "1. ENG?" appears.
When the P-touch is reset to the default setting, this message appears.
Set the language (English / French / German) and then set the required unit (mm / inch).
The P-touch is reset to the default setting when more than three minutes pass after the batteries are removed, or the P-touch is disconnected from the AC adapter without using batteries.
