How do I create a small label?

Follow the steps below to create a small label.

 

  1. Set the margin to "Small Margin".
     
    1. Press the [Label] key ( label key / label key ).

    2. Press up arrow key or down arrow key to select "Cut Option".

    3. Press the [OK] key ( ok key ) or [Enter] key ( enter key / enter key ).

    4. Press up arrow key or down arrow key to select "Small Margin"

    5. Press the [OK] key ( ok key ) or [Enter] key ( enter key / enter key ) to apply the settings.

  2. Set the desired length of the tape.

     

    1. Press up arrow key or down arrow key to select "Length".

    2. Press the [OK] key ( ok key ) or [Enter] key ( enter key / enter key ).

    3. Press up arrow key or down arrow key to set the required label length.

    4. Press the [OK] key ( ok key ) or [Enter] key ( enter key / enter key ) to apply the settings.

    5. Press the [Escape] key ( escape key ) to return to the text entry screen.

    To align characters in the center of the tape,

    1. Press the [Font] key ( font key / font key ).

    2. Press up arrow key or down arrow key to select "Align".

    3. Press the [OK] key ( ok key ) or [Enter] key ( enter key / enter key ).

    4. Press up arrow key or down arrow key to select "Center".

    5. Press the [OK] key ( ok key ) or [Enter] key ( enter key / enter key ) to apply the settings.

    6. Press the [Escape] key ( escape key ) to return to the text entry screen.

  3. Enter the required text for your label.
    • The text is resized automatically to fit the length of label selected.
    • When "Text Too Long!" error is displayed, shorten the text or set the label length to a higher value (longer length).
