I cannot print in Windows 10 using Bluetooth® even though my machine and computer are paired.

First, refer to "How to identify your Operating System (OS) for Windows or Macintosh" to check the operating system (OS) version you are using.


To resolve this issue:


For Windows10 Version 1607 users:

Run Windows Update to apply the KB3176929 update for Windows 10.


For Windows10 Version 1511 users:

Run Windows Update to apply the KB3140743 update for Windows 10.

It is also recommended to keep your machine in the best condition by updating the machine firmware.
