The tape is not fed when I press the Print key.

Please check the following:

 

  • Check that the end of the tape passes through the tape guide.

  • Check that there is enough tape remaining. If not, replace the tape cassette with a new one.

  • Check if the batteries are low. Replace them with new alkaline batteries.

 

If the problem still occurs, please contact Brother Customer Service.
