E004 appears on the computer screen.

Error message

The version of machine and DesignNCut Manager doesn't match. Confirm the versions and update. (E004)

 

 

 

Solutions

DesignNCut Manager and/or the machine’s software must be updated.


 

When the machine is connected wirelessly:

 

  1. Open DesignNCut Manager.

     
  2. Click Application in the main window, and then click Check version.

    With the mobile device version: image→ [Check version]


     
  3. When the following screen appears, click OK to retrieve the software.
    Follow the on-screen instructions.

When the machine is connected with a USB Cable:
