Out of Memory
There are some cases when the Touchscreen shows this message.
If a fax sending or copy operation is in process, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Cause 1: The machine's memory is full.
- Press (Cancel), Quit or Close and wait until the other operations in progress finish and then try again.
- Press Send Now or OK to send the pages scanned so far.
- Press Partial Print or OK to copy the pages scanned so far.
- Press (Cancel), Quit or Close and wait until the other operations in progress finish and then try again.
- Cause 2: The fax memory is full.
Clear the data in the memory. To gain extra memory, you can turn off Memory Receive.
