I cannot hear other callers clearly.

Try the following steps:

During a Voice Conference:

  1. Turn up the VT-1000's volume.
  2. Ask the other caller to turn up his computer's microphone volume.

During a Web Conference:

  1. Turn up your computer's speaker volume.
  2. Ask other callers to turn up their computers' speaker volume.

During a Conference using a Smartphone:

  1. Turn up the smartphone volume.
