When I try to print via Bluetooth on Windows 7 after installing the printer driver, the following error message appears: "Device driver software was not successfully installed".
This error message may appear on some computers that use Windows 7, and an icon like the following will be displayed in Devices and Printers in the Control Panel, even though the machine's driver installation completed successfully.
To confirm that your machine has been installed correctly, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click the printer and select Printer Properties. Click Print Test Page and check that the machine prints successfully.
If you still cannot print via Bluetooth®, or if your Brother machine is not displayed in Devices and Printers, try reinstalling the driver.
