How to clean the Print Head
Clean the Print Head when changing the label roll.
- Always turn off the printer before cleaning the Print Head.
- Allow the Print Head to cool down for at least one minute.
- Turn off the printer.

Press the Media Compartment Cover Release Tab and lift the Media Compartment Cover.

Wipe the Print Head (1) with a cotton swab (3) dipped in isopropyl alcohol or ethanol.

Gently press down on both sides of the Media Compartment Cover, and make sure it is securely closed.
