I get an error message while I am trying to upload the content into the Dropbox using Share Label. (P-touch Design&Print / Design&Print 2)

Check if an error message such as the ones described below appeared, and try the corresponding solution.

 

Cannot link.
- Make sure your Dropbox account is fully activated.
- If the Dropbox storage is full, delete any unnecessary files first.
- Make sure you are connected to a network.
 

 

[Solutions]
 

  • Email verification or phone verification may not be completed.
  • The account may have been deleted after verification.
  • The link under [Settings] - [Linked Apps] may have been removed on the Web page of the Dropbox after verification.
    Finish email verification or phone verification, and then try to upload the content into the Dropbox again.
    Verify your account information (whether or not an account exists, whether the app appears under linked apps) from the Web page or Dropbox official app.
    Start the P-touch Design&Print app once again, temporarily stop using Dropbox from the Settings screen, and execute verification once again.
     
  • The Dropbox server may be down for some reason.
    Wait a while and upload the content once again. Or, check the Dropbox failure information.
     
  • The Dropbox may be full.
    Open the Dropbox app and remove data from the Design&Print dedicated folder to secure more space.
     
  • The device may not be connected to the network.
    Check that the device is connected to the network.
