When copying one side of a two-sided document, the printed copy shows both sides of the document.
You can try to resolve this issue by changing the following settings.
- Press Menu.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Copy. Press OK.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Quality. Press OK.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Auto. Press OK.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Brightness. Press OK.
- Press the Right arrow key to improve the brightness setting. Press OK.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Contrast. Press OK.
- Press the Right arrow key to improve the contrast setting. Press OK.
- Try to copy again.
