I cannot receive a color fax.
Review the following information listed below to resolve the issue.
- Make sure the person sending the fax has a fax machine capable of sending color faxes.
- Replace the color ink cartridges that are empty or nearly empty, and then ask the other person to send the color fax again.
- When you change the Compatibility setting to Basic(for VoIP), your Brother machine's color fax receiving feature is turn off.
