When the beeper is on, the machine will beep when you press a key, or make a mistake.
You can choose from a range of beeper volume levels, from High to Off.

Click the link below for your model and follow the steps to adjust the beeper volume:

• MFC models

MFC models

1. Press Menu.
   
   
2. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose General Setup. Press OK.
   
   
3. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Volume. Press OK.
   
   
4. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Beeper. Press OK.
   
   
5. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Low, Med, High or Off. Press OK.
   
   
6. Press Stop/Exit.

DCP models

1. Press Menu.
   
   
2. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose General Setup. Press OK.
   
   
3. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Beeper. Press OK.
   
   
4. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Low, Med, High or Off. Press OK.
   
   
5. Press Stop/Exit.
