When I attempt to turn my Brother machine off, the LCD displays "All Related Fax Data Will Be Deleted" or "All Fax related data will be deleted".
The All Related Fax Data Will Be Deleted or All Fax related data will be deleted message will appear every time you press On/Off to turn off your Brother machine.
This message will appear whether or not there is currently fax data stored in the machine's memory. It is a safety feature intended to remind you that if you turn the machine off while faxes are stored in memory, the stored faxes will be erased.
