When the beeper is on, the machine will beep when you press a key, or make a mistake.
You can choose from a range of beeper volume levels, from High to Off.

MFC models

1. Press (Settings).
   
   
2. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display General Setup.
   
   
3. Press General Setup.
   
   
4. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Volume.
   
   
5. Press Volume.
   
   
6. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Beep.
   
   
7. Press Beep.
   
   
8. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display and press the option you want to set.
   
   
9. Press (Home).

DCP models

1. Press (Settings).
   
   
2. Press Up or Down arrow key to display General Setup.
   
   
3. Press General Setup.
   
   
4. Press Up or Down arrow key to display Beep.
   
   
5. Press Beep.
