When printing on the thick paper such as glossy paper or postcard, the Brother machine may misfeed and cause misalignment. To avoid misfeeds, we recommend you use the manual feed slot when printing on glossy papers or postcards.

If you use borderless printing and printout is misaligned, the inside of the machine may get dirty and it causes ink stains on the printout. In that case, clean the inside of the machine. Click here to see how to clean the inside of the machine.
