Vertical colored streaks or bands appear on the page.
Please check the following points:

Wipe the scanner glass strip with a dry lint free soft cloth.

Clean all four corona wires (one for each color) of the drum unit by sliding the green tab.

Make sure each corona wire's green tab is at the home position.
One of the toner cartridges may be damaged. Replace the toner cartridge that matches the color of the streak or band.

The drum unit may be damaged. Put in a new drum unit.
