Cancel a fax job waiting in my Brother machine's memory.
Please follow the steps below to cancel a fax job in your Brother machine's memory that is waiting to be sent.
*If your Brother machine has a touchscreen, please follow the steps under "For touchscreen models" below.
- Press Menu, 2 (Fax), 7 (Remaining Jobs).
- The Brother machine's LCD will display the number of jobs waiting to be sent.
- If there are no jobs in memory, the Brother machine's LCD will read No Jobs Waiting.
- The Brother machine's LCD will display the number of jobs waiting to be sent.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to scroll through the waiting jobs.
- Press OK to select the job you want to cancel.
- Do one of the following:
- Press 1 to cancel the job.
- Press 2 to exit without canceling.
- Press 1 to cancel the job.
- Press Stop/Exit.
- Press Menu and choose Fax => Remaining Jobs.
- The Brother machine's LCD will display the number of jobs waiting to be sent.
- If there are no jobs in memory, the Brother machine's LCD will read No Jobs Waiting.
- The Brother machine's LCD will display the number of jobs waiting to be sent.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to scroll through the waiting jobs.
- Press OK to choose the job you want to cancel.
- Do one of the following:
- Press Yes to cancel the job.
- Press No to exit without canceling.
- Press Yes to cancel the job.
- Press Stop/Exit.
