I cannot receive a color fax. Why?

  • Make sure the person sending the fax has a fax machine capable of sending color faxes.

  • If one or more of the ink cartridges are empty, the machine cannot receive a color fax. While memory is available, black and white faxes will be received into memory.

The FAX/MFC will stop all print operations such as printing copies, faxes and jobs from the PC when one or more of the ink cartridges are empty.
