Embroidery data (.phc, .pes or .phx files) read from a USB flash drive is not displayed.

 

Possible cause

 

Possible cause 1 : The Software version for your cutting machine may be old.
Possible cause 2 : Your cutting machine may not support reading embroidery data.

 

 

 

Solution

 

----- Solution 1 -----

 

The Software version for your cutting machine may be old. This problem may be solved by updating to the latest version. Check the software version according to the following procedure. If the version is earlier than 1.10, update to the latest version. 
 

 

  1. Touch image in the home screen.

  2. Touch image until Ver. appears, and then check the version information.

    If the version is earlier than 1.10, follow the procedure below to update the machine to the latest version.

    When the cutting machine is connected to a wireless network :
    To update the machine, touch the Ver. button, and then touch image in the screen that appears.

    When the cutting machine is not connected to a wireless network :
    Download the program from here , and then update the machine. Follow the procedure on the download page to update the machine.

 

 

 

 

----- Solution 2 -----

 

Follow the procedure below to check if your cutting machine supports reading embroidery data.

 

 

  1. Touch image in the home screen.

  2. Touch image until Machine Information appears.
    Touch Machine Information, and then check the information beside Embroidery Data (.PES/.PHC).

    If Readable appears, your cutting machine can read embroidery data.
