Print a list of the One Touch numbers, Speed Dial numbers, and Groups that are stored on my Brother machine.
You can print two different lists that show the One Touch numbers, Speed Dial numbers, and Groups that are stored on your Brother machine.
Printing the Quick-Dial List
To print the Quick-Dial List, follow these steps:
Printing the Tel. Index List
To print the Tel. Index List, follow these steps:
- The Quick-Dial List shows the names and numbers stored in One Touch and Speed Dial memory in numerical order.
Click here to print the Quick-Dial List.
- The Tel. Index shows the names and numbers stored in One Touch and Speed Dial memory in alphabetical order.
Click here to print the Tel. Index List.
Printing the Quick-Dial List
To print the Quick-Dial List, follow these steps:
- Make sure there are no documents in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).
- Press Copy/Reports.
- Press 3.

To print the Tel. Index List, follow these steps:
- Make sure there are no documents in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).
- Press Copy/Reports.
- Press 5.
