I'm using Windows. I can't receive a PC-FAX.

If "PC-FAX Receiving" is set to use COM 10 or higher, PC-FAX does not work.
Please follow the instructions below to install the PC-FAX version up tool which solves this problem.

 


  1. Please make a temporary directory on your HDD to save the downloaded self-extracting file. e.g.. C:\brodnt

  2. Click your language to start downloading.

    English (for UK, Asia/Oceania)
    English (for USA, Canada)
    French
    German
    Italian
    Spanish
    Danish
    Dutch
    Norwegian
    Swedish

  3. Once downloading is complete, double click on the downloaded file to extract it.

  4. faxrx.exe and frxlang.dll are made.

  5. Copy these two files on the directly
    C:\Program Files\Brother\BRMFLPRO.
