The tape color is not recognized.
I get the error message "Tape color not recognized" when I install a tape cassette in the printer.
Some tape cassettes are unable to identify their tape color.
If so, white color tape is displayed on the editing screen of P-touch Editor, instead of the actual tape color.
Printing will not be otherwise affected.
PT-D800W, PT-E500, PT-E550W, PT-E800W, PT-H500, PT-P710BT, PT-P715eBT, PT-P910BT, TP-M5000N
