Cannot charge my scanner.

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

  • Check if the scanner is off while you are trying to charge it.
    If not, turn the scanner off when you charge it.

  • Check if the Li-ion battery is installed correctly.
    If not, make sure the Li-ion battery is installed in the correct direction as below.
